Shipping & Returns/Exchange Policy Returns – Our products undergo a thorough check prior to shipping. However, if you purchase any item from Aspyn & Asher and it is found to have a genuine fault when received, we request you contact us by email and forward through photos of the fault noted. Items are to be returned to Aspyn & Asher, at buyers’ expense, and a replacement product will be shipped out. We are always happy discuss any issues you may have. Returns are not accepted if you change your mind, however an exchange will be offered if print is unsuitable for gift purposes. Exchanges mean, all shipping costs will be at buyer’s expense. Shipping – All items will be shipped through Australia Post and prices are based on current Domestic and Express post satchel rates. These rates apply within Australia only.
